I am now recently almost three years cancer free and I felt it was important to share my experience so I can help others.
Breast cancer diagnosis is different for everyone. Mine was an agressive growing form of Triple Negative Breast Cancer. Doctors address the medical aspects. There are emotional and psychological effects as well and that is what I wanted to address in my book and be an encouragement to others to advocate for themselves.
If you find yourself or a loved one in this situation, this book could help you.
What others are saying:
…As a survivor, Maria offers a deeply personal and compassionate perspective, providing invaluable insights from someone who truly understands the emotional, physical, and mental challenges that come with a breast cancer diagnosis.
This book isn’t a dry medical manual—it’s a comforting conversation with a friend who has been through it all. Maria shares the advice she wishes she had received, guiding readers through the flood of emotions, doctor visits, treatment decisions, and everyday life. Her honest, no-nonsense approach is a breath of fresh air, offering practical tips, encouragement, and small steps to help readers navigate their journey, one day at a time.
